3 x Customer Relations Officers

We have three exciting positions available - English, Spanish & Portuguese Customer Relations Officers.

QSoft Consulting isn’t a business you’re likely to be familiar with, but our brands are. Gaydar is the biggest gay dating site with over 6 million members worldwide. Our other brands include GaydarGirls, award-winning radio station GaydarRadio and our flagship entertainment venues Profile and Lo-Profile.

Our members come first and we are looking for a Customer Service Officers. You’ll be fluent in English, but might also have additional language skills to offer. Spanish, Portuguese and Greek to name a few! You’ll report to the Product Manager to add a touch of ‘Simple Sparkle’ in our communications to customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently but with your own personality and style that will make our customers happy, even when things aren’t going to plan.

Our members trust us with their private information, and you will need to maintain that trust by not discussing your work with anybody outside of the company. The benefits are fantastic, after your probationary period you can expect private health care, insurance and a company pension.

Working hours are based on an average of 40 hours per week on a shift pattern with one weekend on and one weekend off. The Client Services department is open 7 days a week from 8:00 in the morning to 11:00 in the evening. The shifts are 08:00 – 17:00 and 14:00 – 23:00.

The CSO will have primary responsibility to:

• Answering support emails
• Answering Online Messages
• Answering Telephone Support calls
• Monitor use of chat rooms
• Photo Classification
• Check and confirm/amend new registrations
• Check and confirm/amend changes to existing registrations
• Check possible duplicate profiles
• Check reports for Sex Factor Entrants
• Check and confirm/amend classified adverts
• To undertake any other reasonable duties

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

a) Essential:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Additional languages such as Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, French would be advantageous
• Educated to GCSE ‘O’ Level and/or ‘A’ Level standards
• Computer literate i.e. knowledge of internet, basic data programs like word etc
• Enjoy new technologies such as iPhone and Android platforms
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Because of the nature of the work, i.e. access to some client information, discretion and confidentiality is paramount. Such information is not to be discussed with anyone outside the Support Department
• Work overtime/flexible hours when necessary
• The job requires a degree of common sense & good telephone manner
• Must be able to work under pressure, confident, able to listen, hard working, honest, trustworthy and discreet
• Ability to communicate with all staff at all levels
• Able to work well as part of a team

Starting Salary: £18,630, increasing to £21,735 after your probationary period. Private health care, death in service and your own pension come as standard when you’re employed by QSoft.
